Terms of Use

Please read these terms before creating an account or enrolling in a course.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of fqonlinecourses.com and the FahmeQuran Android and iOS apps (the "Service"), run by Fahm-e-Qur'an Institute, Akola, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you register, and keep your password private.
  • One account is for one person. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Learners under 18 should use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile, as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Courses and enrollment

  • Free courses are available to any signed-in learner. When you enroll, the course is added to your account and your progress is saved.
  • Paid courses are enrolled on our website. For offline (bank transfer) payments, access is granted once our team has verified your payment. The app does not sell courses; access you obtain on the website appears in the app automatically.
  • Refund requests are reviewed individually — contact us using the details below. We may refuse or reverse access where a payment is not received, is reversed, or is fraudulent.
  • We may add, update, or retire lessons and courses to keep content accurate and useful.

3. Use of course content

All lectures, recordings, notes, and other materials are owned by Fahm-e-Qur'an Institute or its teachers. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not download, copy, re-upload, sell, or redistribute recordings or materials, or share your account to give others access, without our written permission.

4. Certificates and exams

Certificates are issued automatically when you meet a course's requirements (for example, completing all lessons or passing its exam). Exam results are calculated by our system. Certificates can be verified publicly using their certificate code, and may be revoked if obtained dishonestly.

5. Ask Question

Answers given through Ask Question are general educational guidance from our teachers, given in good faith. They are not a substitute for personal advice from a qualified scholar about your specific circumstances. Please keep questions respectful; we may decline or remove questions that are abusive, off-topic, or share other people's private information.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service — for example by:

  • trying to access courses, accounts, or data you are not entitled to;
  • interfering with the Service's security or performance, or using automated tools to scrape it;
  • posting unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page with its "Last updated" date; if a change is significant we will tell you in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
