Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Fahme Quran account and its data at any time — from the app, the website, or by asking us.

In the FahmeQuran app

  • Open the app and sign in.
  • Go to Profile → Delete account.
  • Confirm with your password (or, if you use Google sign-in, a recent sign-in) and type DELETE.

On the website

  • Sign in and open your profile page.
  • Scroll to Delete account, confirm, and select Permanently delete my account.

Can't sign in?

Email us from the address registered to your account at fahmequranakl@gmail.com and we will delete it for you after confirming the request came from you.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, phone number) and sign-in methods, including Google sign-in.
  • Your enrollments, lesson progress, exam attempts, and certificates.
  • Your questions, including any voice recordings.
  • Your notifications and device push tokens.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. Records of payments for paid courses are kept, but only in anonymised form that is no longer linked to you, because we are required to keep financial records. See our Privacy Policy for details.
